By accessing and using the Gulf Career Path website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services, including but not limited to clients who submit applications for professional accreditation services.

2. Description of Services

Gulf Career Path provides professional accreditation assistance services, including but not limited to:

• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration and renewal
• Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) licensing
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) licensing
• MOSADAQA credential verification
• DataFlow verification services

We act as a facilitator and consultant to assist you in preparing and submitting your accreditation applications. We do not guarantee approval of any application, as final decisions rest with the respective accrediting bodies.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Document Submission

By submitting documents through our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All documents submitted are authentic, accurate, and not forged or tampered with
• You have the legal right to submit such documents
• The documents comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You understand that submitting fraudulent documents may result in legal consequences and immediate termination of your account

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees for our Services are displayed before you confirm your application. By proceeding with payment, you agree to pay the stated fees.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout.
• Processing Fees: Some payment methods may incur additional processing fees.
• Refund Policy: Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your application. Applications that have been submitted to the accrediting body are generally non-refundable. Contact our support team for refund requests.
• Priority Processing: Priority processing fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gulf Career Path. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Gulf Career Path.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gulf Career Path shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by accrediting bodies regarding your application
• Delays in processing by third-party organizations
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
